Information you provide

- Username
- Profile photo (required)
Voice
- Voice is transmitted live between participants.
- Calls are not recorded or stored.
- Voice notes are deleted automatically after 15 days.
Metadata
We store limited metadata needed to operate the service:
- Call timestamps and duration
- Which users connected (not what was said)
- Event participation
Location
- Coarse location only (region/country level)
- Collected only when you join a call queue
- Not tracked in the background
Analytics
- Basic usage and reliability analytics
- No advertising trackers
- No targeted advertising
How we use your information
- Provide and operate tnkoo
- Match users for voice conversations
- Maintain safety and respond to reports
- Improve reliability and performance
