Overview
tnkoo collects only the data necessary to make the service work and keep it safe.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not record voice calls.
- We do not track you across the internet.
Information you provide
- Email address
- Username
- Profile photo (required)
- Event details supplied by organizers, including venue and gathering time
- Attendee email addresses imported by organizers for private event invitations
Voice
- Voice is transmitted live between participants.
- Calls are not recorded or stored.
- Voice notes are deleted automatically after 15 days.
Metadata
We store limited metadata needed to operate the service:
- Call timestamps and duration
- Which users connected (not what was said)
- Event participation and invitation status
- The account that claimed an invitation, to prevent reuse
Location
Private event introductions do not require device location. Organizers can enter a venue as part of an event’s details. Location metadata from earlier versions may remain in historical records.
Analytics
- Basic usage and reliability analytics
- No advertising trackers
- No targeted advertising
How we use your information
- Provide and operate tnkoo
- Verify invited email addresses and connect attendees for one-to-one voice conversations
- Maintain safety and respond to reports
- Improve reliability and performance
Data retention

Closing an event’s introduction window does not automatically delete its records or your People connections. Invitation claim records can remain after account deletion so a claimed invitation cannot be reused.
Sharing
We share data only with:
- Event organizers, who can manage the attendee emails they import and see invitation status
- Other participants, who can see relevant profile information when connecting with you
- Infrastructure providers required to run the service
- Authorities, only if legally required
We do not sell or rent personal data.
